The San Angelo Independent School District has announced that online enrollment for the 2026-27 school year is now underway.

From expanded Career and Technical Education courses to hands-on STEM labs, fine arts, and athletics, students have more opportunities than ever to explore their passions. No matter what your future holds, the SAISD said that it is working hard to provide the support and resources to help them take the next steps toward success.

Enrollment can be completed in any web browser or on a smartphone. Parents can digitally upload documents required to complete enrollment, such as a birth certificate, proof of residence, Social Security card, and immunization records in PDF, JPEG, and other standard file formats.

For returning SAISD students, the school district requires proof of enrollment. This can be done through logging into the PowerSchool Parent Portal on the site.

Parents of new SAISD students will complete a “New Student Registration Form”. Students who must complete the New Student Registration Form include: 

• New pre-k and kindergarten students
• Students who are new to San Angelo
• Students of any age/grade who will be attending a SAISD school for the first time
• Students who are returning to SAISD after attending another school district
