Eden Man Restored to Competency, Will Stand Trial for Double Capital Murder of Concho County Deputies

An Eden, Texas, man has been restored to competency and will stand trial for double capital murder in San Angelo.

A court record filed in Concho County in late March states that the head or designee of the Vernon State Hospital in Vernon, Texas, has notified the court that Jeffery Nicholas, 33, was “restored to competency” after being committed for “competency restoration services.” Nicholas was to be returned to the court for further proceedings.

Artemis 2 Crew Surpasses Apollo 13 Record for Farthest Distance from Earth by Human Spaceflight

The Artemis 2 crew has broken a record set in 1970 by the Apollo 13 crew for the farthest distance traveled by humans from Earth.

As of today, the crew of Artemis 2, consisting of NASA astronauts Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, and Christina Koch, along with CSA (Canadian Space Agency) astronaut Jeremy Hansen have set the record for the farthest distance from Earth traveled by a human mission, surpassing the Apollo 13 record of 248,655 miles set in 1970.

U.S. B-2 Strike Destroys Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps Headquarters Near Tehran

The United States Air Force conducted an airstrike using B-2 Spirit stealth bombers that destroyed the headquarters of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps near Tehran.

According to President Donald J. Trump, the bombers used bunker buster munitions to penetrate deep into the ground the destroy the complex.
