Iranian President: Iran’s Missiles Not Part of Negotiations with U.S. & “Never Will Be”

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian addressed talks between Washington and Tehran, as well as Iran’s defense capabilities, according to Fox News Digital and originally reported by Reuters Tuesday.

Speaking at a joint news conference with Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif in Islamabad, the Iranian president said Iran's missiles were not included in the memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed with the United States and will never be included.

The president also said Tehran will never negotiate its defense capabilities with any nation and stated that Iran believes "regional peace and stability can only be achieved through honest dialogue and intra-regional cooperation."
